GREEN BUDS

Green Buds are a type of spring green teas of season 2021, It is called “white” tea although it is a green tea. The long, narrow leaves are yellow in colour and have a recognisable fold along the length of the leaf. These are 100 percent handmade from the finest bushes of clonal Assams. Sun-dried to perfection try these teas with lukewarm water to experience the freshest natural Assam teas produced in 2021.

Tasting notes: fresh cut grass, earthy aftertaste, and hints of wild flowers.

To brew: add 4 grams of teas + pour lukewarm water 70 degree Celsius in a teapot and allow it to steep for 3 mins.

Ideally these teas are enjoyed with homemade cakes and pastries.
